Hollywood single-family lot to be divided for development of 13 more homes
A single-family home lot in Hollywood is poised to be subdivided for the development of more than a dozen additional homes at the site. A new application filed with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning calls for the splitting of the lot at 6407 Dix Street to enable the construction of 13 single-family homes, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Each abode would have three bedrooms and a rooftop deck.
