Holy housing: Glendale church poised for redevelopment with apartments, retail

A church property in Glendale is on track for a residential and retail development.  United Community Church has filed an application with Glendale’s Planning Department to build a 323-unit apartment complex with 9,143 square feet of ground-floor commercial space at 305 Colorado Street, Los Angeles YIMBY reported. The site is currently a parking lot next to the church.  The Kevin Tsai Architecture-designed development would feature floor plans from studio to three-bedrooms and parking for 474 vehicles.
