Hyundai-linked firm inks one of South Bay’s largest leases this year
An international advertising agency with ties to Hyundai inked one of the South Bay’s largest leases of the year. Innocean USA committed to 100,000 square feet at 888 Douglas Street in El Segundo, the Los Angeles Times reported. The decommissioned airplane manufacturing plant was converted to offices about five years ago and has notable tenants like cosmetics giant L’Oréal and meat substitute staple Beyond. Innocean USA, the American subsidiary of Seoul-based Innocean Worldwide, has had its offices in Huntington Beach since 2009.
