Industrious grows on Westside again with lease in LA’s Playa Vista
Coworking space provider Industrious is growing again in the Los Angeles area. The New York-based company is opening its 20th location in Greater Los Angeles at 12655 Jefferson Boulevard in Playa Vista, L.A. Business First reported. It will be taking over space formerly occupied by rival coworking space provider WeWork. Dallas-based CBRE, which bought Industrious last year, represented Industrious in the 21,000-square-foot lease deal. Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed. The property is owned by Mani Brothers, Simon and Daniel Mani’s privately-held real estate investment company, which bought the building in 2017 from Hudson Pacific Properties for $82 million.
