Irvine Company pares down Oak Creek Golf Club housing redevelopment plans

Irvine Company tweaked its plans for the Oak Creek Golf Club to include less housing.  The Irvine-based firm’s new proposal to redevelop 280 acres with housing calls for 2,400 new units of housing, down from a previous plan for 3,100 residences, the Orange County Register reported.
