Irvine Company sues tenant for unpaid rent in Century City
Billionaire Donald Bren’s Irvine Company is suing a tenant at its 2121 Avenue of the Stars, claiming advisory firm Formation House owes $500,000. There’s not a copy of the Century City lease agreement in the suit, but the August complaint notes the parties inked the deal in October last year and claims the tenant “breached the lease by failing to pay the sums due thereunder.” The landlord is going after a separate entity it claims was the guarantor, too.
