The sale of “Parks and Recreation” star Aubrey Plaza’s Los Feliz home closed Friday, with the actress nabbing $4.4 million for the property. The trade of 2177 Fern Dell Place caps a year of the residence being on the market, with the original listing price set at $6.5 million, or $1,599 per square foot. The home was repriced multiple times over the past year, with the most recent change in July setting the ask at $4.9 million, or $1,193 per square foot.
