James Van Der Beek’s former Beverly Hills home is back on the rental market, this time with a higher price tag following the “Dawson’s Creek” star’s death in February. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom Spanish-style house at 333 South Roxbury Drive is available for $13,950 per month, up from its $11,000 monthly asking rent in 2021, Realtor.com reported. Van Der Beek and his wife Kimberly never purchased the property, instead leasing the home before relocating to Texas in 2020.
