Jeremy Piven sells modern Mount Olympus manse after multiple price cuts, relistings
“Entourage” star Jeremy Piven has found a buyer for his Mount Olympus mansion more than a year after putting it up for sale. Piven sold his home at 2008 Hercules Drive for nearly $6.9 million, Realtor.com reported. The Emmy Award winner purchased the gated home in 2017 for $6.8 million and listed it in January 2025 for a nearly $9.5 million asking price after failing to secure interest as a $35,000-per-month rental a few months earlier.
