JPMorgan buys into SoCal industrial with $176.5M Santa Fe Springs purchase
JPMorgan Chase purchased an industrial campus in Santa Fe Springs for $176.5 million from PGIM in one of the priciest L.A. industrial deals over the last couple of years, according to Green Street. L.A. County records that name a JPMorgan and PGIM executives confirm the deal. Neither side immediately responded to a request for comment. The deal for the two-warehouse campus at 15614 to 15620 and 15700 Shoemaker Avenue in the industrial city in southeastern Los Angeles County came out to about $340 per square foot.
