In a time of “realizing things,” Kylie Jenner is realizing she might have priced her Holmby Hills mansion a bit too high. The cosmetics mogul and reality TV star has slashed the price of her brutalist mansion at 145 North Mapleton Drive to $38.5 million, down $9.5 million from the $48 million she listed it for in December, Mansion Global reported. The price reduction doesn’t threaten a potential profit for “The Kardashians” star if it sells at or near its new price. Jenner bought the 15,320-square-foot mansion in 2020 for $36.5 million.
