L.A. Care closes on office, data center loan after Rising’s $200M default

L.A. Care closed on Rising Realty Partners’ defaulted loan on West7Center, an office and data center on the outskirts of downtown Los Angeles, where it is a tenant, a person familiar told The Real Deal. The around $125 million price tag is less than the $200 million loan.  The deal for the 730,000-square-foot office and data center at 1200 West 7th Street in City West comes out to around $170 per square foot.
