L.A. Care in talks to buy loan on office, data center on DTLA’s fringe
After Rising Realty Partners’ default on a $200 million loan backing West7Center on the outskirts of downtown, a tenant is in talks to buy the note from its lenders, a person familiar told The Real Deal. That tenant is L.A. Care. The $200 million note on the office and data center at 1200 West 7th Street in City West was originated by Brookfield.
