LA city planners sign off on housing development at vacant lot in Lincoln Heights
An East Los Angeles project that would turn an empty lot into housing has gotten the go-ahead from city planners. The Los Angeles City Planning Commission signed off on the plans from applicant Brett Boston of Parkman Apartments LLC to erect a six-story building at 4127 East Supreme Court on the border between El Sereno and Lincoln Heights, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The proposal, filed last year, outlines six stories of 13 one-bedroom apartments as well as ground-level parking for 11 vehicles and a rooftop amenity deck.
