🏆 The largest new development to secure permits last week was in Toluca Lake for the construction of a nearly 12,000-square-foot multifamily building at 4423 North Cartwright Avenue. Bondfield, LLC is behind the project, according to Urbanize LA. The $4 million project will have 13 apartments — two of which will be reserved for very low income residents — and will stand five stories tall.
