LA County office leasing bounces back to pre-pandemic levels
Is demand for office space in Los Angeles County finally climbing out of its pandemic-era hole? Office leasing in Los Angeles County reached its highest level since 2019 in the third quarter of this year, Commercial Observer reported, citing data from Savills. Tenants across the county signed 4 million square feet of office leases in the third quarter, marking a 15 percent increase year-over-year and a 0.7 percent increase from the prior quarter.
