LA megamansion developer pins $35M price tag on Beverly Hills Post Office project
After two-and-a-half years of construction, luxury residential developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati has priced his latest spec project at $35 million. Nosrati — who built a business out of high school as a national licensee with the now-defunct Sprint PCS before getting into real estate — placed his 1465 Donhill Drive in Beverly Hills Post Office, part of the city of Los Angeles, on the Multiple Listing Service Thursday. Nosrati is the owner, designer and contractor of high-end developer Huntington Estate Properties.
