LA planners sign off on resi-and-storage in Sun Valley
Sun Valley is poised to get more housing and storage space in a single project. The Los Angeles City Planning Commission gave its thumbs up to a project from Trojan Storage that calls for 220,000 square feet of rental storage space alongside nine townhomes at 7526 North Bellaire Avenue, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The townhomes would conceal the storage facility at the back of the property from the street.
