LA’s high-end buyers still “price sensitive” as $20M Bel Air manse tops contracts
Asking dollar volume across Los Angeles residential contracts rose last week, even with the high-end market continuing its cool down from the mega-watt deals of recent years. That’s according to the Douglas Elliman Eklund Gomes team’s weekly breakdown of single-family homes and condominiums to go into contract in Los Angeles County. The report, compiled by Marcy Roth, counts homes listed for $4 million or more in the Multiple Listing Service.
