Little Dume home asking $20M tops LA luxury contracts
A resort-like property in Malibu’s Little Dume went into contract last week with a nearly $20 million listing price. The home at 6889 Dume Drive, which previously sought $28.5 million in 2023, was last week’s top property to fall into contract, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles. The report, which is compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, counts only homes that appear in the Multiple Listing Service for $4 million or more and does not factor in off-market properties.
