Lyon Living chairman and CEO Frank T. Suryan Jr. cut Steve Hilton another check. Suryan, who founded his Newport Beach-based real estate company with the late General William Lyon, a seminal developer of Orange County’s residential landscape, spent another $39,200 on the Republican’s run for governor in very-blue California. Suryan’s latest donation was made a couple days ago, according to campaign finance data.
