Marina del Rey apartments sell in LA’s priciest multifamily deal of 2026
Another apartment property in Marina del Rey has traded hands for nine figures, setting a record for 2026. Jackson Square Properties, acting through an affiliate, bought the 544-unit Shores multifamily complex at 4201 Via Marina for $170 million, or $312,500 per unit, L.A. Business First reported. The deal marks one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Los Angeles County this year — and the priciest for multifamily specifically.
