Melrose retail home to Jacquemus sells for $7K-plus psf
A retail spot on Melrose traded hands for $29 million, or a very-pricey $7,250 per square foot for the building, records reveal. The deal for 8800 and 8804 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, which is occupied by luxe French fashion house Jacquemus, comes out to $3,050 per square foot for the lot. The sellers are Faring Capital, Capital Insight and Parallel Acquisitions; the founders of each entity — Jason Illoulian, Cobby Pourtavosi and Ponya Abdi — signed the deed dated early-July.
