MGR buys office building in Inland Empire’s sought-after market for $34M
A Class A office building in the Inland Empire is under new ownership after selling for above its pre-pandemic price. MGR Real Estate acquired 901 Via Piemonte in Ontario, a suburb east of Los Angeles, for $33.8 million, L.A. Business First reported. The price amounts to $276 per square foot and an almost 15 percent increase from its last trade in 2018. Orange County-based Greenlaw Partners was the seller of the 122,600-square-foot office building, offloading it eight years after buying for $29.5 million.
