Sean Burton’s Cityview has tapped Gabi Franco as managing director of asset management. Based in Los Angeles, Franco now directs the company’s development and value-add assets. Franco has more than two decades of experience in the multifamily industry, during which time he handled acquisitions and more and made decisions across portfolios exceeding $11 billion in assets under management.
