National Real Estate lists DTLA’s The Bloc office, retail complex for sale
National Real Estate Advisors is trying to sell The Bloc mixed-use complex in downtown Los Angeles. Specifically, the 1.2-million-square-foot office and retail portion of The Bloc is up for sale, the Los Angeles Times reported. The almost 500-room Sheraton Grand hotel is expected to be sold separately from the rest of the complex, Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Condon Jr., who is handling the office and retail sale, said.
