NewGen Health buys former Lancaster college campus for healthcare hub
A college campus in Lancaster just traded hands, setting the stage for a healthcare hub. The University of Antelope Valley sold its campus at 44049 Sierra Highway to NewGen Health for $14.4 million, L.A. Business First reported. The Los Angeles-based healthcare firm plans to convert the property to a regional hub offering community and social services in partnership with Los Angeles County.
