Newport Coast mansion in exclusive Crystal Cove sells for $39M
A 12,350-square-foot mansion in Newport Coast’s Crystal Cove sold for $38.9 million in a deal that closed Monday. This marks the first sale for the estate at 1 Clear Water since it was built by Pridemark Contractors in 2012. The undisclosed sellers purchased the lot in 2008 for $3.4 million. The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom Mediterranean home hit the market in January asking $46.5 million. In May, the property went into contract but the deal was never finalized. It was then re-listed for $43 million.
