Newsom signs bill to limit low-density building in Altadena
In a down-to-the-legislative-wire decision, Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed Senate Bill 1090 into law. SB 1090 will shield the Altadena area from SB 9 and 1123 which allow for higher density building — up to 10 units — on single family lots and make it easier to split or subdivide lots. State Sen.
