Netflix hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey put their Tarzana estate back on the market a year after purchasing it as they prepare to leave California for good.  The TV stars listed the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom property at 4760 Amigo Avenue for $8.2 million, about a year after buying it back from tennis star Naomi Osaka, Realtor.com reported. The asking price amounts to $1,196 per square foot. The 6,860-square-foot home is listed by The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky.
