A Brentwood home owned by a cosmetics mogul just got a nearly $10 million haircut. Smashbox Cosmetics co-founder Dean Factor and his wife Shannon have lowered the list price of their mansion to $39.5 million, Mansion Global reported. The couple listed the property in May for $48.5 million. “We made a strategic decision to reposition the property for today’s market and create fresh momentum,” Compass’ Tracy Tutor of Compass, who shares the listing with fellow Compass agent Chris Cortazzo, said of the price cut.
