Northridge single-family property pitched for small-lot homes, ADUs
As Los Angeles faces a need for housing of all sizes, another developer is planning to build a tranche of small-lot homes near California State University, Northridge. FHD Properties filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to subdivide a property at 18220 Superior Street to accommodate six small-lot homes equipped with attached junior accessory dwelling units, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. FHD Properties is linked in state business records to Joel Horowitz of S&H Bail Bonds in Van Nuys.
