OC city seeks industry interest in redevelopment centered on blimp hangar
The City of Tustin is moving closer to a new chapter for Tustin Legacy, one of Orange County’s largest redevelopment projects, more than three decades after planning began to reimagine the former Marine Corps air station. The city authorized staff to prepare a competitive solicitation for the historic south hangar and portions of the surrounding property at 2525 East Warner Avenue, seeking potential users, investors or development partners for the site, the Orange County Register reported.
