One-time studio boss, Grammy winner’s $15M Calabasas estate tops county’s luxury contracts

A Calabasas estate dubbed Oaktree Ranch topped last week’s luxury homes to go into contract with a nearly $15 million asking price.  As of Tuesday, the sale for the property at 715 Crater Camp Drive was still pending. The 19-acre equestrian estate topped Los Angeles County contracts last week, based on a report compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team.
