Pacific Retail, Conversant Capital form JV to buy Ventura mall
Pacific Retail Capital Partners and Conversant Capital have joined forces to buy a shopping center in Ventura. The joint venture acquired Pacific View Mall at 3301 East Main Street in Ventura for an undisclosed amount, the Los Angeles Times reported. Pacific Retail Capital will take over leasing and operations immediately. Pacific View Mall has been a Ventura retail fixture since opening in 1964. The two-level, 884,000-square-foot retail property was last renovated in 2017 and is the only super-regional enclosed shopping center within its roughly 25-mile trade area.
