Pasadena Playhouse Village condos come to market as city embraces increased resi development
Nearly 50 newly built luxury condominiums hit the market in Pasadena’s Playhouse Village. The Madison is a five-story building at 127 North Madison Avenue boasting 49 condos above subterranean parking, and all residences within the property are now for sale, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The Agency Pasadena’s Gus Ruelas is representing the property constructed by Toledo Homes. The units span between 1,036 to 1,856 square feet with asking prices ranging from $1.5 million to $2.7 million.
