Prolific San Fernando Valley developer plots more apartments near Warner Center
A developer with a history of work in the San Fernando Valley is looking to erect a residential and retail development in Winnetka. Jonathan Azal filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to demolish an existing commercial building at 20160 Roscoe Boulevard in Winnetka and replace it with a mixed-use building, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The six-story edifice would have 113 apartments in studio to three-bedroom floor plans above 2,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
