Record label founder inks deal for Hollywood Hills pad to the tune of $14M

Indie record label founder Frank Mauceri has doled out $14.2 million for a home fit for entertaining in the Hollywood Hills, The Real Deal has learned.  A source with knowledge of the deal told TRD Mauceri was behind Thursday’s buy of 1307 North Doheny Drive in Los Angeles, which penciled out to $1,452 per square foot.  Nobel Homes, led by Zion and Yosef Zamir, developed and sold the property, according to property records.  Carolwood Estates’ Jonathan Mogharrabi and Marci Kays represented Mauceri in the deal.
