Redondo Beach developer nabs approval for second AB 2011 project
After landing recent approvals for a multifamily property in Redondo Beach, a developer is looking to replicate that success with a similar project farther away from the coast. The City of Redondo Beach approved a proposal from Redondo Seaside Living LLC to redevelop an existing commercial building, located at 2701 190th Street with a four-story residential building, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
