🏆 Marina Del Rey had the priciest alteration application to receive permits last week, getting a go-ahead at 4375 Admiralty Way, where plans were filed for a $6 million worth of renovation work at the Ritz-Carlton. The project includes renovations to the existing reception, lobby, corridors, restaurant, guestrooms and public restrooms. The work will be done one floor at a time, according to the hotel’s website.
