Sean Burton’s Cityview sells, buys back HiFi apartment complex with PCCP
An apartment complex in Los Angeles’ Historic Filipinotown neighborhood has traded hands — sort of. Sean Burton’s Cityview sold the Belle on Bev complex, which it developed — and then repurchased it as a joint venture with PCCP, The Real Deal has learned. The September deal had a $76 million price tag. A person familiar confirmed the transaction. Cityview declined to comment. PCCP did not immediately respond to a request. The deal for the mixed-use development at 1800 Beverly Boulevard came out to more than $300,000 per apartment.
