Selena Gomez finds buyer for Tom Petty’s former Encino home
Selena Gomez can’t keep her house to herself, offloading her Los Angeles digs just a few months after listing. The singer sold her mansion at 4626 Encino Avenue in Encino’s tony Rancho Estates neighborhood for $5.4 million, Robb Report reported. Gomez listed the property in May for $6.5 million, six years after purchasing it in 2020 for $4.9 million. The buyer’s identity was not disclosed. Beverly Hills Estates’ Branden Williams and Rayni Williams held the listing, while Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California’s Aaron Kirman represented the buyer.
