Shabani lands fashion label for retail spot on Melrose 

Luxe streetwear brand Fear of God isn’t afraid to try its hand on one of L.A.’s hip retail corridors. The brand inked a deal to occupy all of 8379 Melrose Avenue in WeHo and plans to give it a makeover, The Real Deal has learned. The real estate is owned by Michael Shabani’s Crown Equity.
