Shopoff gets greenlight for 281-unit development in Buena Park

Shopoff Realty Investments cleared a key hurdle in breaking ground on another residential development in Orange County.  The Irvine-based firm has received approval from the Buena Park City Council to build 231 townhome and duplex units, along with 50 units of senior affordable housing, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
