Shopoff sells entitled Newport Beach townhome parcel to Shea
Shopoff Realty Investments found a buyer for a shovel-ready development site in Newport Beach. Irvine-based Shopoff sold the Park Palm site to Shea Homes for an undisclosed price, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
