Small-lot homes, ADU pitched for single-family parcel in Mid-City
Another single-family home in Los Angeles is poised to give way to a group of small-lot houses. David Kashani of Cohen & Kashani LLC filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to demolish the 1930s-era home at 4523 West 18th Street in Mid-City and replace it with five townhomes, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Cohen & Kashani is linked in state business records to a mail store on the Westside. Mehran Studio is designing the townhomes that will replace the two-bedroom house on the site.
