Like attracts like. As Smith & Berg Property Group at Compass moves up the ranks among Los Angeles County’s top agents and teams, it expanded its agent roster with Mark Kitching. The former Douglas Elliman agent, who has closed on more than $500 million in career sales, comes to Smith & Berg as the group climbed four spaces to No. 4 on The Real Deal’s most recent ranking of the Los Angeles County’s top residential producers by transaction volume.
