South Bay inks 41% of last week’s luxe contract volume in LA County
Signed contract activity heated up last week in the South Bay as deals from Manhattan Beach to Rancho Palos Verdes clamored to the front of the pack in Los Angeles County’s luxury residential market. The South Bay accounted for about 41 percent, or $73.6 million, of the county’s $181.2 million in asking dollar volume tracked last week across single-family residential and condominium signed contracts in the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles.
