Steve Wynn’s $50M Beverly Hills manse tops last week’s LA County luxury contracts
There was no summer slowdown in the world of luxury real estate last week as two homes in Los Angeles County asking more than $40 million went into contract. Billionaire gaming magnate Steve Wynn’s 11-bedroom, 20-bathroom mansion at 1210 Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills asking just shy of $50 million went into contract on June 22. It was the priciest home to go into contact last week in the county — based on a report compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team.
