There was no summer slowdown in the world of luxury real estate last week as two homes in Los Angeles County asking more than $40 million went into contract.  Billionaire gaming magnate Steve Wynn’s 11-bedroom, 20-bathroom mansion at 1210 Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills asking just shy of $50 million went into contract on June 22.
