Stockdale scoops up Trader Joe’s-anchored retail for $157M in priciest Inland Empire transaction this year

Another shopping center in the Inland Empire has traded hands.  Stockdale Capital Partners acquired The Shoppes at Chino Hills, spanning 378,140 square feet in San Bernardino County’s Chino Hills, for $157 million, L.A. Business First reported. The Los Angeles-based firm completed the acquisition with funds managed by Hamilton Lane. The seller, Dallas-based Dunhill Partners, paid $147 million for the property, which it bought from MX3 Ventures in 2015.  The price amounts to $415 per square foot.
